De Call Recorder VoIP brengt VoIP-recording binnen handbereik van kleine kantoren. Dit apparaat neemt gesprekken op van de VoIP telefoon op uw bureau. Met aanvullende licenties kunt u maximaal vier VoIP telefoons tegelijk opnemen.
Na installatie van de meegeleverde software op de PC slaat de Call Recorder VoIP alle telefoongesprekken in een database op de PC op. Van elk telefoongesprek wordt ook de metadata van het gesprek (telefoonnummer, datum & tijd, duur gesprek, inkomend of uitgaand gesprek, etc.) opgeslagen. Daarom kunt u de opnames snel terugvinden, zelfs als er duizenden gesprekken in de database staan.
Bent u particulier of hebt u een kleine tot middelgrote onderneming? De Call Recorder VoIP biedt uitstekende functionaliteit voor een vriendelijke prijs. Met de meegeleverde PC software kunt u meerdere Call Recorders VoIP tegelijk beheren, wat bijvoorbeeld nuttig is voor callcenters.
Bureautelefoons en IP Softphones
VoIP telefonie heeft het gebruik van Soft Phones (of Soft Clients) snel laten groeien. De Call Recorder VoIP kan gesprekken van softphones en bureautelefoons (VoIP) opnemen.
De Call Recorder VoIP wordt standaard met één opnamelicentie geleverd. Drie optionele opnamelicenties kunnen daaraan toegevoegd worden.
