Answer
Open the Menu by pressing the configuration key once and the skip key[ >>> ] 3 times.
Use the[ >>>] key to scroll through the menu until SYSTEM PARAMETERS Menu appears.
- Press MENU or START to open the System Parameters Menu.
- Press [>>>] to scroll to the option Blacklist is Whitelist.
- Press YES,
- Press [>>>] once
- Press STOP.
